Trying to cancel contract but they are wasting tim

15 business days ago, cellc accepted my phone after cancelling my contract, stating that would take 10 business days to process. On day 12 I sent the person that contacted and arranged everything via email. There has still been no response from this person whatsoever.<br> <br> I am sick of Cell C not responding to anything BUT Hellopeter.... If I want anything to happen, I first have to complain on this site for them to respond.<br> <br> Because of CellC's delay, I am now paying 2 phones, while they just keep billing me for a phone that do not even own anymore.
