Trying to Cancel a contract

I have been trying to get through to your cancellations department for a week now! Every time I try and call I get transferred to the wrong departments. The direct number the customer service agents give me is 084143 option 2, which I've tried to call a million times. One of two things happen when I dial this number, 1. The call gets cut off, 2. I get through to the upgrades department. This is very frustrating. Can someone please give me a call from the CANCELLATIONS department?
