Try to block a lost sim !!!

Today , 25 May 2015 , 18:10 , I called Cell C , to be answered by Thandeka Mavinbel (which I think is the wrong surname) , to report a lost SIM card .. Now, this SIM card is registered to myself, and my niece utilizes it . Unfortunately , this grade 9er , somehow lost her phone at an extra mural activity . Her mom, also called this call centre , to report this phone lost ,to be told that the owner that details appear on their systems needs to make contact with them , hence my call.. Try to explain to this agent that my details appear on their system , and the card needs to be blocked ,oh my word , what a MISSION !!! Now I need to know the 4 frequent numbers that were dialed , the last time the number was recharged ... What HOGWASH , just to block a SIM card , that was purchased and RICA'd by myself .. Come on guys , let's get our act together .. On asking for a direct supervisor , I was told this person is Roxanne , with no surname , and terminated my call.. Let's hear the excuse for this .. I have 3 other contracts with Cell C , guess I have no option but to Port to one of the competitors .. I will be waiting on a response ..
