Try get a TAX Invoice,,, !!!!
I have been trying since the 6th July 2021 to get a tax Invoice for 100GB Data I purchased.
The "Get Invoice" on the App does not work. Also unable to download the invoice off the website.
Have sent numerous emails to support and get this reply..one of our consultants will contact you within 24-48 hours........STILL WAITING...
Writing this message now as I am on hold trying to get this sorted out !!! 45 minutes just gone past and I am paying for this call !!!!!!!!!
