Truly shocking service Cell C Repair Centre

Cell C Repair centre is absolutely useless. I handed in a broken Phone for repairs a few months ago. They returned the broken phone to me..... not being fixed. O and by the way, I have Cell C Phone insurance, so if the phone can not be repaired, the insurance will provide a replacement.

So long story short, Handed in a broken phone, Cell C Repair centre returns the broken phone not being repaired. I return the broken phone to the Cell C Reair Center after having several calls with them....... a month later they return the broken phone to me STILL NOT BEING FIXED .........

Surely if the Repair Center is not able to fix a phone, and you have insurance and the Repair Centre know that you have insurance, they will take you through the claims process so that your phone is replaced.

This, unfortunately, is way too complicated for the Cell C Repair Center and easier to return the broken phone to the client.

When you raise the issue with the Cell C Repair Centre, they do not know what to do or say.
