Truly Exceptional Service – Aiden Solomons Deserves Recognition

I cannot praise Aiden Solomons at Cell C (In Cape Town) enough for the outstanding service he has provided me over the years. His dedication goes far beyond what is expected of an employee - he helps no matter the day or the hour, often outside of his working hours, and always with a positive attitude.

Two years ago, I had a serious issue with a device and needed a replacement of a very specific model. Aiden did not have the stock available in his store, but instead of turning me away, he took it upon himself to reach out nationally to source the device. (This is just one example) He personally delivered it to my home after work, fully set it up, and ensured everything was in perfect working order. That level of commitment is extremely rare.

Year after year, Aiden continues to go out of his way to assist me and I am genuinely grateful to have received such consistent, exceptional service during my time with Cell C. Coming from a management and customer service background myself, I can confidently say that this is service excellence at its best.

@Cell C — if not already, this man truly deserves a raise and a promotion. He is a massive asset to your company and sets the standard for customer care.
