Truly disappointed in the cell phone companies in SA

About 2 months ago I bought an Iphone 14 pro max online from mtn, long story short, they delivered the wrong phone, wrong colour, storage space, after fighting for 3 weeks trying to return the phone I kept it and just had them change the amount on the contract I pay monthly. Moving on, I decided to buy a phone online from cell c as I refuse to do business again with mtn. I bought a samsung A34 for my mother a couple days ago online and the phone was delivered today, yet again, the phone delivered is the correct spec however wrong colour. I ordered lime green as it is her favorite colour and received black. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed at how low the standards are for cell phone companies are in SA. Truly disappointed, you guys are no better than your competitive company. Either way I am so put off from buying a phone and would rather pay cash and import from overseas than ever buy from a phone company in south africa ever again.
