Truly Cell C sucks!!!

My account is currently on dispute since i requested them to provide me with a statement for my data account with details of all the websites that were visited, date visited as well as the time spent on that specific website. Surely this is not too much if there is nothing *****. <br> Instead, today i just receive a lovely message from them informing me that my account has been handed to ITC and legal action will be taken. How do you take legal action for an account which is in dispute and you are falling to provide me with proof?
