Truly bad LTE and ZTE

Dear Cell C,

I have been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember, I currently have a contract phone with Cell C and also a second sim for Data only because your "LTE" is so "great", With this I also have a ZTE modem that I took over from my father and believe me LTE and ZTE are ridiculously terrible.

LTE - DL speed 1.16 Mbps - UL 0.07 Mbps ????? ZTE - DL speed 1.15 Mbps - UL 0.57 Mbps ?????

This is absolutely shocking but wait it gets better...

Cell C phones me on the 5th of May and asks me if I would like a 2nd data sim (would be 3rd actually), my response is "no sorry and explain my line rates" the telesales oke puts me through to technical and what does Cell C do ? They DROP THE CALL??

I phone back the next day and explain again the telesales oke puts me through to technical and what does Cell C do ? They DROP THE CALL AGAIN???????

9 days later no follow up call and the line is so bad I struggle to open hello peter web page to log a complaint...
