Truly a waste

<p>In 2015, I had been a longstanding customer of Cell C , you more than happy in taking my money for connecting me to the telecommunications network , you put my business on the map & connected me 247 to my family , friends & the world. One day in June , I was cut from your network , it was aftyer 24hrs that I made contact with your call center which advise me that I was cut from the network due to using data beyond the prescribed limit, also payment was demanded for me to be reconnected to the network , the charges that were demanded were R 5000, I retorted & stated that show me the proof of the usage & I will pay the bill , it's 2017 no bill has been issued but yet I have been black listed thanks to you & your corporate governance, further I was informed that there were would be a discoung of R 500, still no bill. So I started paying of the account to your prescribed debt collector for the last 14 months , I was not informed that a new company had taken over my outstanding bill & that I would have to make payment to them. I received a phone call from the new debt collector who stated my outstanding balance of R4500 & I should make immediate payment or face legal action , what has happened to the payments that I have been making for the last 14 months ? I was rude & will continue to be , because don't phone me & treathen me , to the operator from , MDS , grow a set , this matter needs to be sorted in 24 hours , if this fails, I will turn to the courts .</p>
