True meaning of Customer Service

Today I received a follow up call for the complaint I logged. I spoke to a gentleman from the Customer Care Complaints Dept by the name of Moses (not sure of his surname) who has restored my trust back into Cell C . I want to compliment Moses on the exceptional way he handled my complaint,his extremely professional and expressed sincere empathy towards me. I appreciate the fact that he listened to me and knew exactly how to resolve the query without any futher escalation needed. I can truely say Moses showed me the meaning of customer service and how the client always comes first. Please know that Moses is one of those employees that really added value to your Company and knows how to do his Job!!!
