TROUBLE GETTING CELL C TO PHONE ME REGARDING A CONTRACT

<p>I have phoned cell c on the 21st of October. I have been approved for a cell phone contract and have sent my relevant information. I have emailed and phoned numerious times and nobody has contacted me with regards to the contract or how i can receive the phone. I really think that it is unexecptable that I have to wait longer than 5 days, because I needed the phone as soon as possible.</p>
