TROLLED BY CSS

I cancelled my cellc account telephonically in July 2021. However, the account was not cancelled. My bank account continued to be debited, i reversed amount as the account was closed. I call into the Gateway Branch to raise my query i was told that the account was not closed. The Shop manager called cell c and i was asked to pay a further amount to close the account, i was given the account number by the manager and deposited the funds. Since then I have been trolled by cell c. after takinh my Bank Statement to the store confirming that payment was made, cell c reported me as an adverse payer and blacklisted me. Prior to this I was an regarded as excellent payer. and never defaulted. I receive daily emails from CSS but never contact details
