Tricky ****mers - Cell C won't let go when time comes

I went into Cell C to cancel the contract but I was told to call 084143 & I did. When I called to cancel, they wanted to give me a new contract and I refused. Then I missed a payment for May, but settled it on the 03/06/2024, then emailed the POP to ***. When I called they said I must wait for 72hrs, when I called after 3rd day, they say I'm in areas of ten rands👀 I must settle that 1st,and further said my contract runs on a month to month because I didn't a cancel in March 2024! Now the speak of some current invoice? How when u have on record that the intention is to cancel and end all relations with the company? Please cancel the contract. I cannot afford to have it anymore.
