Treated like a ********

Please teach your call centre people some people skills.... We are not ********* and we do not deserve to be treated like ****.... Every month the same **** over and over... They have no tellephone skills and cannot assist with a simple enquiry.... Learn from dstv call centre = efficient, friendly and ready to assist.... cellc = rude, unable to assist with simple enquiries and lack of common decency.... keep on treating people like rubish and see how far it gets you....
