traumatic experience

<p>I am on a contract which costs about 600 with cell c. This contract option does not allow me to buy airtime when my allocated airtime of about 200 randc is finished . The consultants did not explain that this contact option wont allow me to buy airtime on my own .</p> <p> </p> <p>Whenever I ran out of airtime I would call Cell C to give me either 20 /50 /100rand airtime depending on what I needed. Little did i know that this will leave me literally hungry at the end of the month . CELL C did not explain that when tyou request additional airtime at the time you need it , this airtime will be given to you whether you request it or not the next months of your contract .</p> <p> </p> <p>I found myself with a bill around 1500 when my phone budget was 800 and a 1000 at most :-( . I have been requesting for a limit decrease for the past three months but they never decreased my limit .</p> <p> </p> <p>last week I emailed them and tweeted them my problem and they didnt really help . I asked to be moved to a different contract where I can top up . When I ask them how much it cost to migrate me via email and twitter , they do not reply. They promised to migrate me at a discounted price since they gave me poor service, i asked them to confirm this price on email and they didnt .</p> <p> </p> <p>I am unable to buy myself food because of CELL C . When my bill comes I find myself borrowing money just to survive . I dont even know that I am given airtime I dont need until my bill comes . nomatter how many times I ask them to STOP loading airtime that is more than 200 rand .</p>
