Trashy network refuse me to cancel contract

My contract ended in 2018 and I have been trying to cancel the contract since then. However the consultants keep taking me back and forth and which means i had to pay for this every month since then. As I am typing just ended a call with one of the consultant and still he couldn't assist me. The reason being that there is R106 which is in arrears, the contract is in arrears because they refused to assist me last month and the amount I pay every month.

Never use this network. They are *********** in their customer service. Its almost a year now and I am still paying for something I no longer use just because they refuse for me to cancel the contract.
