Trash Customer Service

I have been unemployed for 11months now, Cell C is refusing to cancel my debit order. This causes them to still charge me a penalty fee, when they debit my account and the payment bounces back. I called them numerous times all their consultants are nasty and they refuse to escalate the call,claiming the manager is out of the office.
