Trash cell c service for contract users!!!!

Cell c is trash! My contract got cancelled without me being informed.

I’ve been in contact with the cellc customer care line on a monthly basis making payment arrangements which was accepted, I don’t know why my line was cancelled.

I called customer care line with one of their consultants number at their branch who initially didn’t want to assist me, only to find out CELLC C hasn’t made any payment allocation to my account.

I was told they don’t know how they will give me feedback because I don’t have an alternative line.

They refused to contact me via email even though I explained I don’t have an alternative number, this is a ****en inconvenience my work is affect because of cell c incompetence.

Don’t take a contract with cell c it’s trash, you will lose your job like me because of them.

Right now I don’t have a phone dont know they intend to fix this **** mess if they don’t want to contact me via email!!!!!!!
