Trapped with cell C

July 10 I informed cell C that I was retrenched. July 13 I rep**** NO to a SMS request for payment. July 15 deduction made at a bank charge of R110 and additional cell C charges. July 16 informed cell C again of retrenchment. July 21 Edo attempt on my account again, with no notification. Bank charges and cell C charges again. July 28 same as above. That's R330 in bank charges and R210 cell C. Just for July. July 29 email FROM cell C ...we have received your retrenchment request. Kagiso Mabokela) July 30 ...we have received your documents... escalated to credit control...SN ***...(Annah Sekgoto)... NO ASSISTANCE RECEIVED. August 3 ...request for accessible format August 14 ref number ***... Listed as slow payer...despite informing cell C of retrenchment August 24 service interrupted...no outgoing calls August 25 from cell C....SN ***... escalated to credit control (Kagiso Mabokela) STILL NO FEEDBACK AUGUST 31 from *** ...contract expiry notification...I confirmed that my contract must not be renewed. Also An email on August 31 to *** asking that my contract not be renewed and no further deductions as at end of May. Sep1 .... account in arrears...cannot process Sep 2 I responded case ***...no response from Cell C Sept 11 PAID ACCOUNT IN FULL Sep 16 automated response from cell C *** with nothing of substance. Oct 9 from cell C ... notification of premium for 26/10/2020. I responded to *** confirming that October is my last month on contract. Automated response received from cell C. When you call 135...NOBODY PICKS UP!!!!

Right now I have no outgoing or incoming calls. Cannot get through to 135.

You cannot be assisted at a nearby branch, I've tried that. I've emailed... customer service and *** and all the cell C addresses I have. NOTHING!!!!!!!
