Trapped by Cell C

I would like a detailed statement from Cell C and for them to explain why my balance never lessens. My account is in areas and I make payments yet I'm R500+ every month for R200 benefits. I am on the pinnacle 1 and I feel trapped into a contract i can't get out of.
