trapped

My opinion changed very quick after i was trapped into spending my money on a useless service. I have had a contract for two years where i recieved 100mb of data and an addidional 1gb every month. When it was time for upgrade i wanted to cancel due to poor reception in town but after i spoke to the consultant i was convinced cell c had the better deal so i kept my contract and upgraded my device. What i didnt know is that the additional 1gb of data would be removed for some reason so now i only get 100mb which lasts about 2days. I spoke in store to a consultant which means there is no record of him telling me that \everything carries on as usual just the device gets upgraded". Consequintly i am now trapped in a contract with a useles amount of data which cost me more that it would at any other service provider because i have to buy very expensive additional data. I would never have done this if i was given all the info and i wil make sure cell c never gets any buisnes frome me and my household again"""
