I have signed up with Cell C contract and to my surprise they have added an extra R10 on the subscription that i did not sign for and that will be R240 at the end of the contract. and to my understanding the amount that i have to pay does not have to change because the signed agreement is binding if there are changes i have to be informed and i will have to accept or decline.

Hello wisaniy,

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.

Cell C made an effort to notify customers of the price changes via SMS, pop up messages on data devices, monthly invoices and on the Cell C website.
