Transfer of Number handled VERY efficiently

I would like to congratulate CELL C for their excellent Customer Service. I recently opened a contract with them and a month later wanted to transfer my Prepaid number onto my Contract. When I went to a local Cell C store they told me it was not possible. Anyway I called the Customer Service and a lady by the name of Abigail efficiently assisted me and logged my request. That was Saturday. On Monday a gentleman by the name of 'Munto' (not certain if I got the name right) called, and after verifying my details, had the number changed in less than 3 minutes. I now have my contract number changed to my prepaid number which makes my life soooo much easier. THANK YOU!
