Think anybody understands the need for increasing of fees.But the fact that Cell C Fiber to the home failed to notify me of the price increase 1 July 2020 and only deducted 1 September 2020.After logging a call and complaint the sent me an SMS this morning over the increase.Once you open the link that takes to the letter my package was not even mentioned on the letterhead.Had my fiber for three years and they just do what they want.Time to move on to better supplier
Pitty I don't have the money or the energy to take a corporate company like this to court.
