Train that one consultant at the business desk guys, she needs it desperately!

I've been dealing with this new consultant Nazneen as the Cell C Business desk. I actually emailed the business desk to advise them that my payment will be made on of before the 7 April 2023. There was never an issue with the other consultants regarding any arrangement I made but with thise Nazneen person, it's always a problem dealing with her.I honestly have no idea what's going on with this consultant as she's arrogant and brings forth the most atrocious customer experience. She needs to learn from the other business desk consultants on how to communicate in a respectful way. Or Cell C can transfer her to a department where she doesn't deal with customers at all as she tends to give the impression that she's a keyboard warrior who racks up unnecessary issues. She needs to behave herself or go for customers experience training as she gets a zero on a CSI scale!!!

Well, she kept on responding with her arrogant emails. I've always honored my arrangements so who does this Nazneen thinks she is?? Let her work on paper from now on and don't give her access to a computer or laptop because it seems as if this keyboard warrior gets a kick out if aggravating customers. If she has personal issues, she shouldn't bring it to the work place and take it out on customers. Again I'll say it, send her for training as she desperately needs it.

Thank you, much appreciated. Everyone else at the business desk is amazing besides this Nazneen character who had been a problem from the first day she dealt with me. I'll send the email once I get home.

Checked again and it hasn't come through. In any case, that consultant need to go for training on how to attend to business clients or throw her into the regular call center and maybe then she'll learn some manners.
