Totally Useless

So,I have 3 accounts with cell c and currently they are all suspended cuz of non payment,fair enough.BUT how many effin times have I told you people to change my debit date to the 25th of every month? and yet all the time you debit on the last day of the month.If you can check your records I have complained about this before,even worse on my last contract in the app form I clearly stated debit on the 25th...I don't know who's consent it was that you debit on the 31st.So now my accounts are unpaid and u very quick to suspend my lines..niyanya yazi.<br> <br> So this morning I called the 084 140 4 times and only got to speak to someone on my 5th attempt.First of all your staff is rude AF,have no manners or whatsoever,they talk like they are doing one a favour.Im really hating everything about cell c at this very moment.
