Totally unsatisfied and infuriated client

My experience with the cellc service provider was and still is PATHETIC. They activate services on your contract without your consent they don't listen to your query and assist you accordingly. There are agents who speak to you in the most disgusting manner by laughing on the activate line while dealing with you and having a conversation with the agent next to them. They then complain about you while you on the line not realizing that they haven't cut the call then don't put notes to avoid being apprehended. My contract ending this month needed to be cancelled after it's last debit calls had been made with the required time frame however the agents who were clearly too lazy to do they job decided not to note this and if I had not called to confirm I would have been charged again yet I had done my part on 2 occasion to ensure it's done to my surprise I was told there is no such request put through but during investigation proof of recording showed the negligence of the agents. Cellc should get agents who desperately need employment and are willing to do they jobs adequately quality over powers quantity remember that learn to respect your clients and assist them instead of jumping through calls to achieve targets. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I TAKE A CONTRACT WITH CELLC.
