Totally unacceptable service..

I find it totally unacceptable that you as A SP just goes ahead and cancel an agreement without any notice also after everything is paid. You handed me my over and when I called Nudebt they said the returned it to cell C because theres no outstanding amount.. you closed my number which I been using all my life and when my husband had an emergency he could not get hold of me?? I need this to be fixed, my contract reinstated and my number activated. Asap.. you are in breach of contract as stated in Clause 6.1 of the agreement. Trying to get hold of your head office for A week now and no success. Totally unacceptable. And will proceed to ombudsman and newspaper if this is not resolved ASAP!!!
