TOTALLY *******

This is Totally nonsense , from my previous review nothing was done about it !! I was asked to provide my personal details and they said they would get back to me as soon as possible. A week later nothing , no communication or action taken, I called in again today to enquire and they asked me a few verification questions only to be told that the information that I provided is unverified . totally shocking that this information is the same information they asked me to provide when i wrote my first review . "Nomthandazo "the agent that was helping said that she cannot access my account is the system gives her an unverified error, I should call again later as if there is something that is going to change!! my name , surname and ID number will always be the same . I am totally upset about how my case is being handled.
