Totally ignoring my problem
<p>Sphembiso was trying to help me sort out a query I had about my account involving thousands of Rands. <br />He PROMISED me would resolve it and call me back. <br />That was more than a week ago and I've heard absolutely NOTHING from him. <br />He appears to be totally ignoring me. <br />Can someone tell what is going on with my account and sort out my problem and also what happened to the three free months I was promised!!</p>
