Totally ignored and duped into a bogus upgrade

I was duped into 'upgrading' when actually it was a new contract and my current contract is still to be upgraded. I get constant calls to upgrade me and no concern or response from my actual complaint - i don't want another contract i want my current contract to be upgraded. But it appears to be too late, as no one can help me and no one replies to my emails. So then cancel my old contract and collect the new phone cause it's useless, and let me keep my number. <br> <br> I have spoken to their social media team, their customer service team and their marketing team - who says call 084 145 to get help and then hang up on me. <br> <br> I have had it. You guys don't care about your customers at all! It's terrible. I have requested the call transcripts to my upgrade / new contract and i get ignored. I have emailed numerous times to no avail - i get ignored! <br> <br> I expect a resolution today or I will go to the Ombudsman - you have disappointed me beyond and I have had it. <br>
