Totally Disgusted

Recently I posted on Hello Peter my initial complaint regarding CellC. Thanks to Hello Peter, that I got a quick response from this *****ed company. I got a call and an SMS with the following Ref. No.*** that my query was being looked into. To my delight, a few days later I got another call from Cell C(heat), that my account was closed and everything is in order. To my dismay, I see that Cell C(heat) tried again to take via debit order yesterday (06/08/25) an amount of R416-00. It did not go through due to insufficient funds. But every time Cell C(heat) failed to collect, I get charged R115 by my bank due to insufficient funds. I have enough funds to pay for my other debit orders, but this Cell C(heat) one I don't make provision for as this is not listed as one of my debit orders. This time round, I don't just want an apology, but I want some sort of compensation for the way this company has not only cheated me once but on numerous occasions.
