TOTALLY BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT

I am still struggling with the total lack of customer services from Cell C for the past seven months I have been going around the block with no interest shown by anyone in Cell C to resolve my issues.

My latest issue is on the account where I requested a full audit of my payment and invoices,I NOW THEY JUST TAKE RAISE A DEBIT ORDER WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION!!! TWICE ON THE 25 AND 27 OF JANUARY.

Please note this company is not interested in dealing with any customer complains

I AM TOTALLY ENJOYED AFTER 7 MONTHS OF DEALING ON CONTRACT AND ACCOUNT ISSUES WITH NO SUCCESS.
