<p>Service from the cell c insurance supplier-CSurance</p> <p> </p> <p>I insured a Huawei P8 lite with the cell c insurance people, now it is so difficult for them to replace my P8 lite I am being told the supplier ran out of stock and they have not had the P8 lite for 2 months now which I do not understand how that is possible as cell c is advertising the phone almost every day, when I asked someone @ the call center s/he told me they and cell c not being under the same supplier.</p> <p> </p> <p>they say i have a choice of 2 phones Samsung J2 and J5 which R1000 below the worth of my phone. I now have to settle for a Samsung J5 that I do not even like, I made a request that they kindly send it to me in gold as I do not like it in black and I was told they do not insure color.</p> <p> </p> <p>If their supplier can’t give me the J5 gold then I demand my P8 lite or rather be given my money back and let it be the end of my relationship with these insurance people.</p>
