Total Ripoffs

I received my first Cell C account by email. I cannot open it. That is really frustrating to begin with.<br> <br> So I called the helpline to request them to change the way I receive my bill, I never requested them to email it to me in the first place, I gave them my PO Box address to mail me the bill.<br> <br> I was told they are going to bill me R6 for the change made, this is not a huge amount but on principal I refused. I was asked to hold on after I told the agent I did not ask them to email it to me. When he came back on the line I was told that they won't bill me for the change, however, they will bill me R6 to send the bill via post. Nothing was said the first time when I was told to pay for the change.<br> <br> What a load of poppy ****. Do they think they are doing me a favour by not billing me for the change but then politely tell me they will bill me to send me my bill ? <br> <br> Who charges you to send you a bill ??
