Good day im not a very happy customer I called in your call centre regarding a problem I experienced with my data so I bought a total of 3GB anytime data and I received free night surfer data I normally wake up around 3am to use the data but I then noticed something on the morning of the 9th all along I thought it was deducting from night data only to notice that my anytime bundle has depleted that is around 6:30 am I then called your customer service lady who then **** about night times she said its from 1am to 6 am whilst your website says 1 am to 7 am she then said she is logging a case and I will receive a reference number then hang up on me no reference number an hour later same day I called in and spoke to a guy who then confirmed that night data is from 12 am to 7 am and sent a reference number for my case and said I must wait they will call me within 24hrs and my query will be resolved within 2 working days on the 15th I call to follow up with a reference number the guy tells me it is an invalid number and I ask him of platforms to complaint and also ask for his assistance he then gave me an invalid email and had no interest in assisting me , I want my data bundles or else I'll go all out to make sure that you think before you rob people again Today they contact me to give me feedback not assist that was not feedback it was a Q & A and she kept saying I dont know im not sure she is not answering my questions not even assisting with my query giving me feedback that has loopholes is that what you call customer service ?
