Total lack of response
I have repeatedly tried to get some feedback on issues over time, without satisfaction. I currently have a query, dating back to beyond 17/11/2015, on which I have yet to have a response of any kind. I also have issues with the manner in which they seek to identify the person to whom they have placed a call
