Total Ignorance
Cell has the absolute worst customer service ever!!
I accidently paid them 3x times on 30th of April 2024. I immediately phoned the call centre and told the lady my issues. She assured me I will received my refund within 5-7 working days.
On Saturday the 4th of May I received a call from one of the agents. The lady requested all the needed documents. On Wednesday the 8th of May I send all the required documents as I needed to go into my branch for the statements.
Since Wednesday the 8th of May I have received absolutely NO feedback whatsoever and I followed up numerous times since Wednesday.
I would honestly not recommend Cell C to anyone seeing as they provide NO assistance to their customers whatsoever!
