Total disrespect to their customers and their service that they provide.

Cell C decided to change debit order dates for December 2023. I called them & instructed them NOT to do it and keep it on the date-as per my contract. On 21-12-2023 the debit order was submitted by Cell C, this was against my request, against my instruction and against my contract that I have. They have NO respect for customers, their requests and their instructions.

Thanks for the reply. Just some further feedback: Had a chat with a “Teamleader” from Cell C, who informed me that he would send me a “reference number” for our call and guess what? I am still waiting for my reference number- thanks “Gian”( name given & not sure about spelling. The call was @08:12 on 22-12-2022 and it is now 09:41- Cell C would probably blame “ high call volumes” & “system errors”. Yet again “lip service” from Cell C.

Cell C has now allso debited my other accounts BEFORE the debit order dates-this after I instructed them that I do not give permission to do so. What a load of **** is this. You reply with some nice sugar coated replies to out posts/complaints, yet you still do like you please. Cell C , the Customer Service agents, the so called Managers are the worst bunch of clowns out there. I am tired of your sugar coated replies and promises. It is time that action should be taken against the employees at Cell C that blatantly lie to us, the customers. I demand a high level response to my complaint by a qualified Manager- not a “ so called manager-clown”, that sell bull**** replies. Start owning up to your clients Cell C. Awaiting a reply from a qualified Manager please!

CellC Customer Service provide me with a number for Cell C Head Office- ***- The number does not exists/is not working.!!! Yet again the Call Centre-Customer Service to pass the buck. Pathetic service. Giving me a number to call, which is NOT WORKING & MY QUERY IS STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!! What now Cell C?

You disguised the Head Office number with ******* when the post is made. I typed in the number and it appeared on my screen, yet it was blanked out when the post was done. The number that I got was ‘***, (zero, eighr,four,one,six,seven,six,five,nine,eight)
