Total abuse of customers

This is the 2nd time that cell c have sent me a faulty device and taken forever to sort it out. This time they promised that they would collect it within 3 to 7 days, and even if this was working days, have failed to honour this.On phoning yesterday I was told that it would definitely be collected immediately, which never happened. I had confirmed it was defective at the Malvern branch but had to trust the call centre to sort this out as franchises would not get involved with issues not there own. This cellphone was supposed to be a fathers day present for my father, and because demons rely on the contract to be slanted their favour ,no matter how poor the service and unaccountable these basic gangsters are ,we are bound to pay for something not working or able to be sorted out at a service centre. I would like this contract cancelled because no one should be expected to accept this sort of shoddy service which allow greedy opportunists the pleasure of there sadistic bent and inability to perform in anyway previously agreed

I have received the Phone already and it is working perfectly. Its heartening to see a company put some sort of effort into correcting a mistake and timeously handling and sorting it out the problems, as opposed to what I have gotten used to from most of the other big companies, who have little, if any, urgency to fulfil promises or resolve issues, knowing that the so called consumer protection agencies are as parasitical and unaccountable as themselves, preying on folk and doing little to ensure some sort of punishment or revoking of licences to practice for these businesses, which might cause some sort of cessation in the proliferation of unacceptable service and massive cost in time and money to only the consumers, to address.
