Topup? HAAA no they will keep on changing the amount to be debited anyway

For the last 8 Years I have been a very Loyal customer to Cell C, and this is it, It has been the worst year by far. I had a time where I could not afford it and yes it bounced and so I paid up etc, suddenly, my one contract that is supposed to be R900 odd is sommer R2500 or R1100 (never the same amount) and the top up contact ranges from R600 to R1500.00 I am over this. I have contacted you to CANCEL my contracts as I do not wish to upgrade with Cell C but no one has come back to me yet? I give up with Cell C and I will never refer my friends to Cell C again and make sure they all know this happened.
