TOP UP ACCOUNT

Late last month I went to the O.R Tambo International Airport Cell C store. I requested a 5GB a month sim contract. They told me that it is R199 and I was happy with the deal. <br> <br> Fast forward to today, less than a month later my account is closed. I phoned customer service and to my surprise I owe R1500 and the lady explained that I am on on an open line contract. <br> <br> Why would I agree to a R199 sim contract a month and end up paying R1 500? I have the same Vodacom contract and once my data is depleted then I cannot access the Internet that's it. <br> <br> Please sort this for me because I can't pay R1 500. It's my first month but already I want out! <br> <br>
