Top customer service at Cell C

I entered into a contract with Cell C for data. The consultant Xolile was extremely helpful and the experience was certainly better than any other place I had been to searching for a good deal. When I got home the new router was faulty so I returned it to be checked. The branch manager let me take a spare router in the interim to use until mine was replaced. I also checked some information from the technical department and the response was great. The working hours of the technical department are also very client friendly and are open until 23h00. I can recommend Xolile and the Cell C branch at Cradlestone Mall. Well done to all. Rob
