Took money from my bank account

<p>Good day</p> <p>On Thursday 4/5/2017 i bought airtime from my bank account.on my bank statement it shows the amount of R30 was deducted 4 times and i only got airtime for one of the R30.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im not getting any joy out of cell c after i sent them the proof on my bank statement </p> <p>Please help </p>
