Took a Cell Phone Contract with Cell C and I'm living to regret it

<p>I took a phone contract with cell c, I was happy for the 1st few months and they just started increasing my monthly installments which is not in line with our credit aggreement. I called in and quiried this with multiple agents but came up with stories of how I purchased data on days I do not recall. I went as far as not using my sim card and putting it away but the installments did not decrease. I call today (27 Jan 2017) and spoke to a lady named Zama Zikala and she was condescending and patronised me. I am appaulled by this kind of treatment towards customers, getting ripped of on your own bank account and when you query it you get employees within the company who are arrogant. If it was not for my credit record on the line I would reverse the money you ***** from my account. They taking advantage of the fact that I cannot buy them out of my contract. These guy engage in unfair credit practice and I warn people not to do business with this company because I certainly know I won't.</p>
