Too small to be concerned about

<p>With my existing Cell C contract expiring soon after being notified by Cell C I contacted their retentions dept to continue my contract on a monthly basis. The terms were discussed with the consultant who assured me that I would keep all my existing conditions in place. I requested an email confirming our agreement. After waiting longer than reasonable I again contacted retentions requesting written confirmation. Nomthandazo undertook to get back to me but I was sent an email Nosipho confirming our discussion but omitted that I should have free Caller ID and Itemised Billing as per my existing contract. She confirmed free Caller ID but said I would have to pay for Itemised Billing. My request for them to check the recording of our discussion has gone unheeded and Nomthandazo does not return my calls.</p>
