To RICA or not!

I want to to a SIM swap on one of my mobile phone contract accounts as my new device is incompatible with the old SIM card.<br> There are several versions of how to accomplish this and they vary from store to store and then the SIM card packaging has yet another version!<br> I have several Cell C contracts all of which have been RICA'd and been running for several years.<br> What I need from Cell C is the detailed and exact procedures for doing this SIM swap.
