To cancel a contract is the hardest thing to do at Cell C

1. As a Cell C customer you can't simply phone the cancelation department to cancel your contract. Oh no, Someone from the back office will phone you within 24 working hours but Cell C may contact you at any time to sell their services and products. 2. After 24 working hours I had to phone 084 143 again with my reference number to follow up on my case. 3. While I was on that call the back office did phone but said the number only goes to voicemail, really? I was on the phone questioning why I did not get a call. 4. Yet again I had to call back because the back office may only be contacted by email and a customer can't get the number to the back office - biggest Cell C secret ever. 5. After providing the reference number again the lady said that the reference number I gave was regarding a proof of payment and not to cancel a contract.

I give up! What more can be done?
