To a Hero - Thabisile Ngcobo

For exactly 3 months I struggled to get my money back from Cell C after they stole my money. I spoke to a new person every time I contacted them. I shouted and I screamed. They couldn't care less. Every single person I dealt with, had the same story. " I sent a mail" and "I have escalated to my Team Leader". I heard these words day in and day out. For 3 months I had to fight to get the money, they wrongfully deducted, back. At long last I sent one final mail, deciding that I had enough.

A hero emerged, Thabisile Ngcobo is her name. She vowed to follow up each day, she vowed to do right by me, she vowed not to let this go until the issue was resolved. She was relentless, and she finally came back victorious. My issue has been resolved thanks to this wonderful person. She is one amazing person and she is an asset to any company. I hope Cell C realizes what they have.
